diet pills safe for diabetics

Anyone here take or know anything about a diet pill called puralin?

I wanted to know if anyone has ever had that. I diabetic and I heard that it was safe for diabetics to use. I would also like to know if someone has lost weight and how did it make them feel. Thank you

If you are any type (1 or 2) you must stay far away from any diet pills! No diet pill is safe for a diabetic to take. Even just a water pill is not safe, unless your doctor tells you to take. You need all these additional drugs from enought after your kidneys and the heart!. Talk to your doctor Lossing weighing.
