diet pills safety

If a diet pill claims overweight, you need to be extrememly that mean it works or is it just a gimmick?

I Was this diet pill, I want so bad just because it says "not for dieters casual. Use only if you problems of extreme overweight … "blah, blah, blah … Well, I'm already addicted to this stuff, although I really found the Most do not work honestly, at least for me. I am 5.45 and weighing up to about 127 today … perhaps a little more, and it quite gusty tell me, because I'm used to being in between 113-117 and I like that about me … but after my recent visit Weight Loss and having to put on weight or "weight of security" (the weight is gained in the treatment, only to cover any normal target weight loss eating disorders to the feeling of safety they will lose what they want but eventually always within the range of "normal" for their body type, … etc.) so I really want this stuff … but this means it would work … this pill? I mean the comment about the "not dieters casual)?

They say if you think it's hard core and will really walk. I know that commercial where you talk and read it with the phrase "It's worth paying more because it works." I suppose it does not the only apporved FDA and food proven pill that works is Alli.
