diet pills speed

hormonal imbalance caused by diet pills, which caused hair loss & weakness?

I’m 24 and do to Lean System 7 diet pills I took almost 5 yrs ago had cause my hair to become very weak. I took the pills for a yr. When I noticed the change I stopped taking them and went to my Dr. Blood tests proved that the pills speed up my thyroid & metabolism so much that that is what was causing my hair to fall out and break. But my problem is, I’ve been off the pills for almost 5 yrs and my hair is still weak & breaking. I don’t now what type of dr I should see about it. Do I see some one about my hormones or about my hair? My hair use to be VERY VERY thick w/ alot of body to it. Now it total opposite! I just want to now why my hair is still weak. I now I may never get my old hair back do to cell damage, but I want to know whats going on w/ my blood/hormones/hair folicales & am terrified to see just any dr about it because I don’t want anything over looked. I want to have some knowledge before hand & am having trouble sereaching it on the web. If any one has any info PLEASE!
