diet pills vs exercise





Am I getting enough exercise a day?!?

If I work out two hours a day, every day, is that enough exercise?
And not only that, but when i’m just sitting down watching t.v. or something I lift five pound weights. I probably do that for about a half an hour to 45 minutes.
I’ve been dieting as well, and taking trimspa pills.

Do you think that will be good for me?
And when I run out of the trimspa pills, i’m going to keep doing the samething i’m doing now, just without the pills.

Please answer my questions, thanks so much!
The exercise though, I lift weights, do crunches, sit ups, and I dance a lot.
Run in place, ’cause it’s freezing outside and dangerous where I live.
So that’s why I do my exercise inside.
And that’s why I do it for two hours, ’cause it’s piddly little stuff i’m doing.

I have a small trampoline in my shed, should I bring that inside for my workouts?

And I really need to loose weight, and keep it off for good, that’s why i’m doing all this.

That is plenty of exercise, don’t do anymore than that unless you are training for something. And lose the Trimspa now, they are dangerous to your health! Good luck and good job, you’ve motivated me to do more!
