I would like to loose weight by July 19th.?

I already posted this Q but forgot some things…
(A) Im 13
(B) I don’t drink the punch anymore but im still fat.
(C) I LOVE to dance. But not really dance. I listen to brokeNCYDE and jump around like a maniac till all the songs i have by them on my itunes finishes.

Im 5′3 and weigh 163 lbs. I know you need proper diet, fitness, and blah blah. Whats a good excersize and meal plan for me?
Im a vegetarian. I only started in 5th grade, and i was fat since before i became veg. I gained like half my weight through fruit juices like berry punch. Also, if i gain any more weight, i have a chance of getting diabetes. Any suggestions? Or could you like, email me a full diet/excersize planner thingy i could follow?

Dancing is a great way to lose weight! But what I did was go on a watermelon diet. I know this sounds weird, but I only at watermelon for a week and lost 10 lbs. Fruits and veggies are wonderful. And watermelon is sweet and full of well water and vitamins. Try it and see. Just keep dancing everyday for 30 mins and walk for 45 mins. You will see the weight drop off.
