<p>I just got this phone from my sister and an still trying to navigate it.  I have done a few google searches for an app to download but can&#8217;t find what I am looking for.  I want something where I can easily and quickly tap on my screen, add my food intake or exercise and then save it.  I don&#8217;t necessarily need graphs and the fancy stuff&#8230;just a calorie counter and maybe a fitness tracker.  I can&#8217;t believe that the only ones out there cost over 25$ since I can make one on excel for free&#8230;but have no idea how to transfer it to my phone.  ANy help is appreciated.

<p>Im 24 5f6 and 14 stone (I put on about 4 stone when I was pregnant and havnt been able to lose it) I am quite good at eating lots of fresh fruit and veg but I just need a diet meal plan or a rough guide of what I should/shouldnt be eating to lose weight. I want to lose about 5lbs a week. I have an exercise bike at home and go swimming once a week but I cant go to the gym alot as I have no one to look after little one.<br />

<p>5 pounds per week is an awful lot to lose. It can be done, but is very unhealthy. It would require a starvation diet and exercise &#8211; two things that don&#8217;t go well together. A healthier goal is 1-2 pounds per week. Not what you wanted to hear, I know, but it is healthier. Think of it this way, the &#8220;average&#8221; person burns about 14,000 calories per week. That&#8217;s about 4 pounds worth of calories. So to lose 5 pounds per week, you would have to eat nothing and burn about 2500 calories per day &#8211; or about 500 calories more than the average person per day. You would simply be setting yourself up for discouragement, frustration, and possibly a trip to the hospital.</p>
<p>Set your daily caloric goal for 1300-1500 calories per day. This gives your body the energy it needs to function and can still translate into 1-2 pounds per week. Since you are already eating heavy on the fruits and veggies, I&#8217;d just recommend watching out for refined sugars and grains. Shoot for 5-6 meals at about 250 calories each.</p>
<p>As for exercise, stretch for 5 minutes or so, making sure you get all the muscle groups. Then do some sit-ups, pushups, knee bends, and the like. Then hop on that exercise bike for 30 minutes or more. Make sure you get your heart pumping. The more you ride, the more calories you will burn &#8211; and the longer afterwards you will burn them. Also, walking is good. On nice days, put the kid in a stroller and go for a nice long walk. Normally, walking burns about 100 calories per mile, but you can add a few calories to the the amount burned if you are pushing something. Plus, it&#8217;ll get the child outside for some fresh air as well.</p>
<p>And have a positive attitude. That, as much as anything else, can help you reach your goal. Good luck.</p>

<p>Any workout can work with a vegetarian or vegan diet, you just have to know what to eat and the results you want.You just have to get some basic knowledge of what food supplies what. </p>
<p>Also, just cutting out meat won&#8217;t cause you to lose weight. You&#8217;re still going to a) watch what you eat and b) exercise. I would definitely keep a journal of what I eat, the amount of calories it contains and set a daily limit. You&#8217;d be surprised how many preservatives and empty carbs make their way into alleged healthful food.</p>

<p>In places where it is grown, acai berry or acai pits are mostly thrown. What are consumed are the pulp and the skin. This is where the nutrition comes. What they do to the seed is spit it out or collect them as extenders for hog feed.</p>
<p>Acai berry is a small fruit that contains 80% seeds. Conversely the fruit and the pulp is only 20% in volume but 90% of the nutrients of acai comes from the skin and the pulp. The other nutrients that comprise the remaining 10% do not necessarily all come from the seed. The least that could be said of the acai berry seed is that it contains little but that is not yet conclusive. And so buyers are to be cautioned when purchasing acai health supplements and drinks.</p>
<p>Customers who buy acai berry preparation that are made mainly or even in part from the seed (that is being passed off as acai berry health supplement) will be in for frustration. Everything good that we hear about the berry concern only the pulp and the skin, it was never about the seed.</p>
<p>Acai berry like any other product in the marketplace is consumer-driven and is subject to market forces. When the demand exceeds the production, short cuts and augmentation to the product is sometimes taken. When buying acai preparations then, ask only for the preparations where you get most of the benefits for the buck that is shelled out.</p>
<p>Acai seeds are good only to the extent that they are cultivated and grown to produce acai berries. Other than that the seeds are mostly nothing.</p>
<p>Whatever benefit like colon cleansing, anti-aging, &amp; losing weight that could be derived from it may not justify the price but is made and sold riding alone on the popularity of the berries.</p>
<p>Aside from making acai berry diet seeds as food extenders for their animals, the natives along the Amazon has another great use for the acai seed. They turn them into beads and trinkets, clearly suggesting that the original consumers of acai berry find that the seeds are never good as food.</p>

<p>It&#8217;s no secret that many people, raw foodists or not, struggle with releasing unwanted weight.&Acirc;&nbsp; Often times this inability to lose weight stems from seemingly uncontrollable cravings for unhealthy cooked foods.&Acirc;&nbsp; These cravings often lead to binge eating, which (of course) leads to weight gain.</p>
<p>There is a good chance that you struggle with this problem as well.&Acirc;&nbsp; Sure, you might stick to a raw food diet for maybe a week or so, but those killer cravings always seem to rear their ugly heads again.</p>
<p>Once they&#8217;re back, it&#8217;s all you think about and before you know it, you&#8217;re parked at the nearest fast-food joint chowing down on the fattiest, most unhealthy food you can get your hands on.&Acirc;&nbsp; You spend the rest of the day feeling guilty and dreading your next visit with Mr. Scale.&Acirc;&nbsp; And the cycle continues&#8230;</p>
<p>What to do?&Acirc;&nbsp; Is there anyway to end this madness?&Acirc;&nbsp; Don&#8217;t you wish that there was one easy and effective way to finally lose weight? Well, to day is your lucky day!&Acirc;&nbsp; Here is the #1 rule for healthy raw food weight loss:</p>
<p><b>Eat More Food!</b></p>
<p>Sounds crazy, right? To tackle the weight loss issue, we have to get to the root of the problem: cravings. Many of these cravings can be avoided by simply eating more!&Acirc;&nbsp; We are so often told to eat less and less and less for weight loss.&Acirc;&nbsp; This is not the answer.&Acirc;&nbsp; Eating less food than your body needs means receiving less volume and fewer nutrients than you require.</p>
<p>If you allow yourself to eat as much food as you want, I promise you will see a significant reduction in cooked food cravings. Of course, you can&#8217;t just eat *any* foods.&Acirc;&nbsp; You want a raw diet comprised of mostly raw sweet fruits, 1-2 pounds of non-sweet fruits and tender greens, and limited amounts of fatty foods (i.e. half an avocado or 1-2 ounces of nuts per day).</p>
<p>You also want to be sure and eradicate (or at least limit) food such as salt, onion, garlic, and pepper from your diet.&Acirc;&nbsp; These foods are irritating to the body and they can and will lead to water retention.</p>
<p><b>How This Rule Helped Me</b></p>
<p>As wary as I am to admit it, I used to binge eat.&Acirc;&nbsp; Not only was this physically and mentally damaging, it prevented me from staying at my ideal weight for very long.&Acirc;&nbsp; Luckily, this never became a daily practice for me, but it was a nasty frequent habit nonetheless and one that became harder and harder to stop.</p>
<p>It was not until I learned the value of eating as much raw foods as I wanted and actually implemented this in my life that I no longer felt the urge to binge on unhealthy foods.</p>
<p>There were many days in which I actually ate 3000 calories worth of raw foods&#8230;well over my caloric needs for the day.&Acirc;&nbsp; And yet, I still lost weight! That&#8217;s the beauty of a low fat, high fruit raw food diet.&Acirc;&nbsp; You really can eat pounds of food a day and experience vibrant health.</p>
<p>What other diet can promise that?</p>
<p><b>Moral of the Story</b></p>
<p>Eat more raw foods! I don&#8217;t care if you just had a huge meal of 20 bananas!&Acirc;&nbsp; If you feel cravings coming on, go grab an apple or some grapes or pineapple, etc. And don&#8217;t cause yourself unnecessary stress by worrying over how much you are eating.&Acirc;&nbsp; Your appetite will gradually lessen as your taste buds and tummy become accustomed to simpler foods.&Acirc;&nbsp; You won&#8217;t have to eat quite as much to feel satisfied.</p>
<p>Today, I honestly can&#8217;t even imagine eating those unhealthy foods that I used to binge on.&Acirc;&nbsp; My belly is far too full on delicious sweet fruits!</p>

<p>Im 5&#8242;3 and weigh 163 lbs. I know you need proper diet, fitness, and blah blah. Whats a good excersize and meal plan for me?<br />
Im a vegetarian. I only started in 5th grade, and i was fat since before i became veg. I gained like half my weight through fruit juices like berry punch. Also, if i gain any more weight, i have a chance of getting diabetes. Any suggestions? Or could you like, email me a full diet/excersize planner thingy i could follow?</p>

<p>Dancing is a great way to lose weight! But what I did was go on a watermelon diet. I know this sounds weird, but I only at watermelon for a week and lost 10 lbs. Fruits and veggies are wonderful. And watermelon is sweet and full of well water and vitamins. Try it and see. Just keep dancing everyday for 30 mins and walk for 45 mins. You will see the weight drop off.</p>
