Do you have experience with the diet pill Proactol or Orovo?

I am looking for someone with personal experience because I wonder if one of them are scams. Yes, I know, the best solution is diet and exercise, and I'm doing both. Just looking for an extra boost.

I use Proactol is currently the best supplement out there, without side effects, and I am very especially with what I use, but it is safer than the one I found, because even natural products can be dangerous, look at ephedra, it is natural, but dangerous. Eat more healthy and exercise Moderatley, Proactol used consistently and you will see the results. I usually lose 1-2 pounds every day, but my experience, I do not know if it works better or worse for you, I say give it a try though.

What do you guys think about Proactol or Acai Berry or Hoodia?

Any of you tried any of those? I eat healthy & exercise, but I was just wondering if any of those actually worked? Any success stories?

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. As a personal trainer, inevitably my clients want to know the best crash diet plans. Usually, they have an event such as a class reunion, or a wedding to attend, and they want to quickly shed pounds. They know that generally I don’t favor crash diets, however when they insist, I give them these 3 tips for choosing a crash diet.

1) Stay Away From Diet Pills
